The Advisory Council serves as a strategic resource to the CoreNet Global Philadelphia Chapter Board, providing data-driven insights to enhance the Chapter’s programs and member experience. This Council is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from various sources to identify trends, measure engagement, and evaluate the effectiveness of Chapter initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging existing data collection to measure progress, identify opportunity areas, and uncover actionable insights.
- Analyzing data to uncover patterns, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Preparing clear, concise reports and recommendations for the Board to guide strategic planning.
- Collaborating with other committees to ensure insights are integrated into programming, outreach, and member services.
- Monitoring industry trends and benchmarking Chapter performance against best practices.
